Spring Avocado Toast

Necessity is the mother of invention, and thanks to quarantine, we’ve invented approximately 10 billion (OK, maybe that’s a little dramatic) new varieties of avocado toast. We love this one because it uses our delicious Lemon Caesar chickpea salad dressing. Try it out and share your brand new chickpea-condiment avocado toast creations with us!

Ingredients:

• Your choice of bread
• Ripened avocados
• Carrot, peeled into ribbons
• Everything seasoning
• Diced red onion
• Capers
• Chives
• O’dang Lemon Caesar dressing

Directions:

• Toast your bread
• Smash the ripened avocado on toasted bread
• Layer on all the toppings
• Drizzle O’dang Lemon Caesar dressing
• Boom. Done. Enjoy.
